Aksum Labs is a research and engineering lab building sovereign digital financial infrastructure. This policy describes how we handle information collected through aksumlabs.org and any related research correspondence.

What we collect
We collect only what is voluntarily submitted. If you write through the contact form we receive your name, email address, organization (optional), inquiry type, and message. We may also receive standard server access logs from our hosting provider, including IP address and user agent, retained for operational and security purposes.

How we use it
Submissions are read by the lab and used to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, lease, or otherwise share submitted information with third parties for marketing. Operational data is used only to keep the site available and secure.

Where it lives
The site is hosted on Vercel. Email is delivered via Resend. Both providers process information on our behalf under their respective terms and security commitments. We do not maintain a separate analytics or advertising stack.

Cookies
The site uses only the strictly necessary cookies required for it to function. We do not run third party tracking, advertising, or behavioral analytics.

Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted. Write to the lab through the contact form and reference this policy.

We may update this policy. The effective date below reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected in the dated header.
